Concepts

The app and the MCP connection use the same words. A guide and a tool are describing the same object.

Campaign

A campaign holds one search: who you are looking for, where, and what you are offering. Leads, drafts, and send history for that search live on the campaign. Creating a campaign is free. Starting the hunt spends Strands.

Lead

A lead is one business or one creator the hunt kept. It carries the public details Helix found, a score, and, once you ask for it, a draft. People on your do-not-contact list never become leads.

Strand

A Strand is the unit Helix spends on work: a hunt, a kept lead, a draft, an image, a one-pager. The balance is on the account. Plan Strands refresh each month and unused ones expire at the end of that month. Strands from a pack never expire.

Draft

A draft is the first message, written for one lead. You can edit the subject and body. Helix does not run a seven-step sequence. The job of a draft is one first touch.

Mailbox

A mailbox is a Gmail account you connect so Helix can send the messages you queue. The permission is send-only. Helix cannot open, read, search, or delete anything in the inbox. Access cannot connect a mailbox. Start includes two, Premium includes four.

Daily cap

The daily cap is the most new first-touch emails Helix will send in a day. Start is 18. Premium is 36. You can set a lower number. You cannot set a higher one than the plan allows. Replies, bounces, and unsubscribes update the lead. A reply stops further mail to that person.
