Scoring

A score is a reason to write, or a reason to skip. It is not a vanity rank.

What the score uses

Helix reads the public listing: rating, reviews, website, and how close the business is to the offer. The lead shows a summary and the reasons behind the number, so you can disagree with it and move on.

Offer-fit

Tags such as “no website” and “not advertising” are filters, not judgments. They surface shops that match a particular offer. Use them to narrow the list before you draft.

Do not contact

Past clients, competitors, and blocked domains belong on the do-not-contact list in Settings. They do not re-enter a campaign, and they do not re-enter a send batch. Add someone there before a hunt if you already know you will not write to them.

LinkedIn decision makers

For a lead that has a company page, Helix can look up decision makers on LinkedIn. This is a separate paid step. The price is quoted before it runs, at 6 Strands for each lead it can serve. Leads without a company page are not charged.
