Get started
A first session is a campaign, a hunt, and a draft you can edit. Sending comes after you connect a mailbox on a paid plan.
1. Create an account
Open Helix and sign up with email or Google. Access, the free plan, includes 150 Strands a month. That is enough to run a first local hunt and write drafts for the people it keeps.
2. Open a campaign
A campaign is the workspace for one offer in one place. Give it a name, the city, the industry, and a short description of what you sell. The industry has to be one of Helix’s listed values. A hunt with no industry has nothing to search.
Local campaigns look for businesses. Creator campaigns look for people who already post about the category. Creator hunts are on Start and Premium.
3. Start the hunt
Helix shows the Strand cost before the hunt runs. A hunt takes a few minutes. Leads appear while it is still going, and the same business is not added twice.
4. Read the draft
Each kept lead can have a first-touch draft. Edit it in Helix. It saves as you type. Phone and WhatsApp scripts sit next to the email when you want them.
5. Send, when you are ready
Connecting a mailbox starts on Start. Helix sends only the messages you queue, inside a daily cap, and it cannot read your inbox. See Sending.
