Billing
You pay for a plan, and you spend Strands on the work. The full table is on Plans and costs.
Plans
Access is free and includes 150 Strands a month for local research and drafts. Start is $49 a month, or $480 billed once for the year, with 2,500 Strands a month, creator hunts, images, and sending. Premium is $79 a month, or $780 billed once for the year, with 5,000 Strands a month, a higher send cap, calendar handling, and weekly live support.
Annual billing is 17% off the monthly price, rounded down to a whole dollar, and charged once. Strands still refresh each month across the 12 months. They are not granted all at once.
Two kinds of Strands
Strands that come with a plan refresh monthly. Unused plan Strands expire at the end of that month. Strands from a pack are added when payment confirms, never expire, and roll over.
Packs
| Pack | Strands | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Spark | 500 | $12 |
| Coil | 2,000 | $40 |
| Helix Pack | 6,000 | $99 |
Amounts are in US dollars. Checkout is charged by the payment provider in Tunisian dinars at the rate shown there. If a hunt needs more Strands than you have, Helix says so before it starts.
