Tools

Tools are the actions a client can take. Reads are free. Some writes are free. Anything that spends Strands quotes the price first. See Spending and limits.

Read the workspace

Tool	What it returns
`helix_account`	Plan, Strand balance, and whether sending is connected. Call this first.
`helix_quote`	The price of an action, without doing it.
`helix_campaign_catalog`	The exact industries, topics, sources, and audience sizes a campaign can use.
`helix_list_campaigns`	Campaigns, with lead counts.
`helix_campaign_status`	Whether a hunt is running, how far it is, and how many leads it has. Poll this while a hunt runs.
`helix_search_leads`	Leads filtered by campaign, name, source, or score.
`helix_get_lead`	One lead in full.
`helix_lead_stats`	Workspace totals and the top leads.
`helix_list_drafts`	Drafts for the leads you ask about.
`helix_get_draft`	One draft in full.
`helix_email_stats`	The email funnel for a campaign.
`helix_sending_overview`	Sending across the whole workspace.
`helix_notices`	What happened while you were away: a hunt finishing, and today’s sent and opened counts. Reading them does not mark them read in the app.
`helix_find_location`	A place name resolved to coordinates.
`helix_preview_offer`	A reading of a website, as an offer you might sell.
`helix_asset_sources`	Campaigns that already have a logo or images, so a new campaign can reuse them.

Change something, free

Tool	What it does
`helix_create_campaign`	Opens a campaign. Call `helix_campaign_catalog` first and pass an industry or topic from that list. This does not start the hunt.
`helix_update_campaign`	Renames, retargets, changes cadence, or pauses a campaign.
`helix_update_draft`	Rewrites a draft’s subject or body.
`helix_import_assets`	Copies a logo or images from another campaign.
`helix_set_logo_from_website`	Saves the logo Helix reads off your own site.

`helix_start_search`	Starts a hunt. Results arrive over the next few minutes.
`helix_generate_drafts`	Writes first-touch drafts for the leads you choose.
`helix_enhance_offer`	Rewrites the offer and returns targeting notes.
`helix_generate_image`	Generates an image and attaches it.
`helix_one_pager`	Builds a one-pager PDF and attaches it.
`helix_enrich_linkedin_contacts`	Looks up LinkedIn decision makers. Only leads with a company page are charged.

There is no send tool. Queue and send from the app.
