Settings

Settings is five tabs. Each one owns a different part of the account.

Profile

Name, language, and theme. Privacy settings live here too, and in the site footer, so you can accept or refuse optional analytics after the first visit.

AI connections

This is where an MCP client gets in. You can approve a sign-in from the client, or create an API key. Each connection has its own daily Strand cap, and you can revoke one without touching the others. Details are on Connect a client.

Do not contact

People and domains Helix must skip. A blocked domain does not come back in a later hunt or a later send.

Sending

Connect or disconnect a mailbox, and set a daily cap up to the plan’s ceiling. See Sending.

Billing

The current plan, the Strand balance, pack purchases, and a scheduled change to another plan. A change between paid plans takes effect at the next term. Cancelling returns the workspace to Access when the period ends. Campaigns, leads, and drafts stay where they are.
